October YTD Sales Stats.-
So far this year 23 freehold homes have sold in Convent Glen(MLS areas 2004,2005). Highest sale was $320k and the lowest was $195k, versus $312k and $194.5k for 2005. The ytd 2006 average sale price is $241.8k down somewhat from the 2005 average of $253.5k. Excluding Bernice Court sales 2005's average sale price was $243.8k.
Look for the average sale price to increase at year end 2006.
