In 2006 27 freehold homes have sold in Convent Glen(MLS areas 2004,2005). Highest sale was $320k and the lowest was $195k, versus $312k and $194.5k for 2005. The ytd 2006 average sale price is $248.1 down somewhat from the 2005 average of $253.5k. At the beginning of 2007 7 homes remain on the market ranging in price from $231.9k to $1,129.9k.
